Magically Yours DJs Payment Gateway

Welcome to the Magically Yours DJs Payment Gateway. From here you can place a deposit on your event which automatically holds your date. We require a 50% deposit. If you are making a final payment, it must be done at least 3 business days prior to your event.

Terms and Conditions:

PAYMENT POLICY:  A 50% retainer is required at the time of signing this agreement to hold your date unless other arrangements have been made. Payment may be made either by cash or check. Any remaining balance must be paid prior to the commencement of services to the DJ. (If final payment is sent via mail, it must be received a minimum of 10 days prior to event or if you make your final retainer via PayPal.com, we must have email comfirmation no less than 3 days prior to your event.) Additional hours over and above the contracted time will charged at our listed rate but will not exceed: $100.00/hour.  All additional hours must be in cash to the DJ, prior to beginning the additional time.

CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENT POLICY: All cancellation requests must be received in writing  

1.	If you cancel our services more than 120 days prior to your scheduled event, your retainer will be refunded in full.
2.	If you cancel our services less than 120 days but more than 60 days, for any reason (except acts of God), your retainer will be refunded less a $75.00 cancellation fee. 
3.	If you cancel our services less than 60 days but more than 30 days from your scheduled event, for any reason (except acts of God), you will forfeit your retainer.
4.	If you cancel our services less than 30 days from your scheduled event payment in full is required.

If your event is postponed and the new date is available a new contract "MUST" be signed and then all monies will be carried to that new date. The new contract may be subject to any rate increases in effect at the time of the signing. If, however, that date is unavailable your money will be cheerfully refunded.  A second postponement within 60 days or less of the new event date, without any contact to us, will result in the foreiture of your retainer no matter what the reason. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: While every effort is made to adequately deliever contracted services in a timely and professional manor, liability for failure in performance is limited to 100% of the cost that you have actually contracted for these services.  In the unlikely event of severe illness, death, unexpected car trouble, traffic jams, acts of GOD or other circumstances beyond my reasonable control, I reserve the right to have another Disc Jockey assigned as my replacement via the network of Disc Jockey's I am associated with including other reputable companies that I have done business with in the past.
